At Echoes of Divinity, we offer various products and services to support your journey. Below are the options for purchasing and the associated policies regarding cancellations and refunds.

Purchase Options

Tarot Services

  • Available as video-recorded readings or virtual one-on-one sessions.

  • Payment Methods: PayPal, Cash App, Venmo, credit cards, and Afterpay are accepted for flexible payments.

  • Refund Policy: Tarot services are non-refundable once booked.

Candle Rituals

  • Tailored for specific intentions and scheduled upon purchase.

  • Refund Policy: Refunds are available only if the ritual is unfulfilled, and the request is made within 3 hours of purchase.

Educational Material

  • Includes digital downloads, courses, and workshops.

  • Refund Policy: All educational material purchases are final and non-refundable.

Merchandise (Apparel and Accessories)

  • Fulfilled by Printful.

  • Returns and Refunds: Printful handles all merchandise issues. Please refer to Printful’s policies.

SoulShield Skincare Products

  • Exchange Policy: Damaged items can be exchanged within 7 days of receipt.

  • The original product must be returned to initiate the exchange.

Payment Options

  • Afterpay is available, offering you the flexibility to split payments over time without interest.

Cancellation Policy

Due to the nature of my offerings, the following cancellation policies apply:

Tarot Services

  • Non-Refundable once booked.

  • If you fail to join your scheduled virtual session within 10 minutes, the session will be forfeited with no refund or rescheduling.

Candle Rituals

  • Cancellations must be made within 3 hours of purchase to receive a refund.

  • Once the ritual has been fulfilled, no refund is available.

Educational Material

  • Purchases of courses, workshops, or digital downloads are final and non-refundable.

Merchandise (Apparel and Accessories)

  • Cancellations: Subject to Printful’s cancellation policy.

  • Contact Printful directly if you need to cancel or modify an order.

SoulShield Skincare

  • Cancellations: Orders may be canceled before shipping.

  • After shipment, only exchanges for damaged items are available.
