Your guide will be delivered instantly — you'll receive a download link via email as soon as your order is confirmed. Be sure to check your spam or promotions folder if you don't see it within a few minutes. Your download link is also available in your order confirmation page.

Can I access my guide on any device?

Yes! Your guide is delivered as a PDF, so you can open it on your phone, tablet, or computer — whatever feels most comfortable for you.

What if I lose my download link?

Readings & Sessions

How do I book a Tarot or Mediumship reading?

After purchasing a session, you'll receive a booking confirmation with a link to schedule your appointment directly through our booking system. From there, you'll choose a date and time that works best for you.

How are readings conducted?

All readings are held live, one-on-one, and virtually — so you can join from the comfort of your own home. You'll receive a secure video link before your session begins.

What do I receive after my reading?

After your session, you'll receive a follow-up email with any notes or insights from your reading. Depending on the session type, you may also receive a recorded video of your reading — this will be noted in the listing details before you book.

How do I reschedule or cancel my session?

Life happens — we understand! To reschedule or cancel, please reach out at least 48 hours before your appointment through our Contact page. We'll do our best to find a time that works for you. Please review our Refund Policy for full details.

Body Care Products

How long does shipping take for body care products?

Orders are lovingly packed and typically ship within 3–5 business days. Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Delivery times vary by location, but most domestic orders arrive within 5–10 business days of shipment.
