Shipping policy

At Echoes of Divinity, we are committed to providing a seamless and timely shipping experience. Below, you’ll find details on processing times, shipping rates, and tracking information for all our products and services.


Processing Times

Tarot Services & Candle Rituals

  • Tarot Readings: Delivered electronically within up to 4 days. However, if the energy isn’t right, an additional day may be needed.

  • Candle Rituals: Typically cast within 24 hours of booking and cannot be shipped. You will receive a confirmation once your ritual is performed.

Merchandise (Apparel & Accessories)

  • Orders fulfilled by Printful are processed within 2-7 business days for production.

  • Once shipped, delivery times vary by location (typically 5-10 business days within the U.S.).

SoulShield Skincare Products

  • Orders are processed within up to 2 days before shipment.

  • Shipped using USPS First-Class Mail (with tracking) for U.S. orders.

  • Delivery times vary based on destination (see below).

Duties & Import Taxes

For orders shipping to the U.S., Mexico, and Canada, duties and import taxes are collected at checkout.

  • This prevents surprise charges upon delivery.

  • The total amount due for customs and taxes will be displayed at checkout.

  • International customers (Mexico & Canada) are responsible for paying all applicable import fees.


Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

  • Tracking updates may take 24-48 hours to appear in the carrier’s system.


Printful-Fulfilled Orders (Apparel & Accessories)

  • Apparel and merchandise are printed and shipped by Printful.

  • Once your order is shipped, any inquiries regarding shipping delays or issues should be directed to Printful.

Shipping Delays

While I strive for on-time delivery, delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or high order volume.


Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Lost Packages: If your order is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier first. If unresolved, email me for further assistance.

  • Damaged Products: If your package arrives damaged, notify me within 7 days of receipt with photos to request a refund or store credit (for eligible products).


Returns & Refunds

Printful Merchandise

  • Returns and exchanges are subject to Printful’s return policy.

SoulShield Skincare (Mexico & Canada)

  • No exchanges for international orders. Due to high shipping costs, I do not offer exchanges on international purchases.

  • Refunds or store credit are only available for damaged or incorrect items. If your item arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photo proof of the damage.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds apply only to the product price.

  • Store credit may be offered as an alternative to refunds. If you'd prefer, I can issue a store credit for future purchases instead of a refund.

  • All international sales are final unless the item is damaged.


Shipping Restrictions

  • I do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military APO/FPO addresses.

  • Certain SoulShield skincare products may not be eligible for international shipping due to import restrictions.
