At Echoes of Divinity, we strive to offer exceptional services and high-quality products. Due to the nature of our offerings, please carefully review our return and refund policy below.
1. Tarot Services and Candle Rituals
Tarot Services:

Non-Refundable: All tarot services are non-refundable once booked.

Virtual Sessions: If you fail to join a scheduled Zoom session within 10 minutes of the start time, your purchase will be forfeited with no refund or rescheduling.
Candle Rituals:

Non-Refundable: Candle rituals are non-refundable unless the order remains unfulfilled, and the refund request is made within 3 hours of purchase.
2. Merchandise Fulfilled by Printful

Third-Party Fulfillment: Merchandise such as apparel or accessories is fulfilled by Printful. If you have concerns regarding your order, please contact Printful directly, as they handle returns, refunds, and exchanges according to their policy.

3. Educational Material

Non-Refundable: All sales of educational material are final. Due to the nature of these products, no exceptions will be made.
4. Physical Products from the SoulShield Collection
Refund & Store Credit Policy (Mexico & Canada)

No exchanges for international orders. Due to high shipping costs, I do not offer exchanges on international purchases.

Refunds or store credit are only available for damaged or incorrect items. If your item arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photo proof of the damage.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds apply only to the product price.

Store credit may be offered as an alternative to refunds. If you'd prefer, I can issue a store credit for future purchases instead of a refund.

All international sales are final unless the item is damaged.
