  • SoulShield Skincare products: Refunds or store credit are available only for damaged items reported within 7 days of receipt. No exchanges for international orders.

  • Tarot services, Candle Rituals, and educational materials are non-refundable once purchased, with exceptions for unfulfilled candle rituals within 3 hours of purchase.

  • I strive to accurately display product colors and images, but I cannot guarantee that your device will display colors accurately.
